About Me

Caroline Dean: I am a 6th grade teacher at Durham Middle School in Acworth, GA. This is my 11th year teaching, and I love it. The class I teach is called Seminar. It is an interdisciplinary course in which we incoroporate study skills, technology, the research process, and social studies and science themes which we approach through novel studies. I recently received a SMART Board in my classroom, along with several other amazing technoloy toys that I can't wait to integrate into my lessons. This blog serves as a portfolio of my course work in the Lesley University Masters of Technology in Education program.
